If you have a high end rental unit, Peter is perfect. We used to rent our luxury rental units on craigslist and Kikiji. But we found that high end renters usually look for agents to help them find the right place. Peter has a large data base of high end renters. So well worth the money in paying somebody else to do our job. Especially when we were not able to find the right renters to maximize our rents.

He is a phenomenal property manager- professional, knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful. He got us through some tough situations and we really appreciate all he has done for us!
