There is an adundance of affordable housing with plenty of street parking.

Well-situated as one of Vancouver’s most popular hubs means residents don’t have to go anywhere else, unless you want to take a trip to downtown over the famous Burrard Bridge. Further on to the north shore and beyond you will find spectacular ski-hills, hiking, sight-seeing and camping to rival any country in the world!
